She attended the Episcopal School of Dallas and started learning piano at the age of four. Then, after the completion of her schooling, she attended Auburn University to follow her career in Journalism. Chloe majored in Radio/TV/Film and minored in Political science. During her time at Auburn University, she co-anchored the University’s student run TV station, Eagle Eye. She was a part of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and joined Comedy Central's The Colbert report for her internship.

Chloe spent one semester studying abroad in London and after graduation, she moved back to United State. In 2008, she worked at CNN as a News Assistant in the Breaking News Division. She left her job in 2009 after meeting Editor Bonnie Fuller. Fuller helped her to launch HollywoodLife.com. She gained much popularity after launching the sites and became the site’s Senior Entertainment reporter, covering events, interviewing celebrities, and breaking news stories. Chloe hosted her own weekend entertainment segment on NYC’s FOX 5 in 2010. Moreover, in 2013, she became one of the anchors of VH1’s morning show, The Gossip Table from 2013 to 2015.
She served as the Brand ambassador for the women’s Line of clothing, Maggy London in 2015. Chloe has been an on-air personality for a various program such as Fox & Friends, HLN, The Wendy Williams Show, The Insider, and The Today Show.

Chloe married her boyfriend Brian Mazza at Grace Church on October 25, 2014. Brain is NYC restaurateur and President of Paige Hospitality Groups and they met each other in the year 2012. After dating for eight months, the couple got engaged. Their wedding is followed by a black-tie reception at Capitale. The couple is blessed with a boy on July 3, 2017, and living their lives happily together in Manhattan.
