Early Life and Education 
Lindsey Caroline Kildow was born to Linda Anne and Alan Lee in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She is of Norwegian ancestry and grew up in Burnsville. Vonn started skiing at the mere age of two and later moved to Erich Sailer’s renowned development program at Buck Hill. As for education, Vonn enrolled in an online program of University of Missouri High School for Distance and Independent Study. Vonn’s family later moved to Vail, Colorado during 1990s.

Professional Career
Some people start their careers a little earlier, but only a few pursue the dreams that they had since they were two. Vonn is one of those rare gems who has done what they love all their life. She started skiing at the age of two and has been unstoppable ever since. At only seven, she had already skied in Minnesota, Oregon, and Colorado. By sixteen, she had already climbed her way up the U.S Ski Team and participated in the world cup for the first time on November 18, 2000, at the age of sixteen.

In Winter Olympics 2002, Vonn participated in slalom and combined and was able to secure the sixth position combined. Then in March 2003, she won the silver medal in downhill in Junior World Championship. In 2005, Vonn joined Red Bull Athletes Special Projects and secured the seventh and eighth position in the Super-G and the downhill events respectively.

In 2007 World Championship held in Sweden, Vonn scored two silver medals then began her winning streak in 2008 World Cup with a downhill championship victory. In 2009 World Cup, she got gold in the downhill and Super G competitions. After this, in 2010, the unstoppable Vonn lived her lifelong dream and won two medals at Olympic games in Vancouver. She continued to dominate the sport for several consecutive years. 
But, in 2013, Vonn suffered an incapacitating injury at World Championship in Austria. It was a rough ride for Vonn after her injury and she also had to pull herself out from World Cup downhill competition held in France. Then in 2016, Vonn made her prodigious comeback grabbing the 20th World Cup crystal globe title.
Personal Life
Vonn was once married to Thomas Vonn, a former U.S Ski Team athlete. The couple met while in 2002 Olympics and got married on September 9, 2007. After living together for four years, the couple finally split up in January 2013. She also began dating golfer Tiger Woods in 2012, but the relationship did not work out and they split up in May 2015. She is currently said to be single.
Physical features
Lindsey Vonn was able to appear on Maxim’s Hot 100 List in 2010. She has a stunning figure maintained till now. At the age of 32, Vonn has a perfect banana-shaped body. She is 5 feet 10 inches tall and has 34-25-34 body measurements of breast, waist, and hips. She stands beautifully at the weight of 73 kg and is sporting a gorgeous blond hair.
