Pam Oliver separated herself from the crowd and rose up to be the face which stood out. Her father is John Oliver who was a government employee and mother is Mary Oliver who was the housewife. Since her father was in the US Air Force, she had to move with her family around and round in cities like Michigan, Washington, Texas, Dakota and Florida.
One to stand out
So, do you know what makes her stand out literally? She unique than any other stereotypical girls of her age in that place. Pam preferred to spend her spare time watching sports and game rather than playing dolls and reading fairy tales. She attended Niceville High School. Her thirst for games and sports was greatly quenched by the school that she attended. The High School that she was in supported various sports in the syllabus and plan, and there she was ecstatic in basketball, tennis and track and field.
After that, Pam completed her graduation and became part of the Florida A&M University where she achieved her first laurel when she won in the college sports events, the awesome All-American in 400-meter baton relay and as well as the mile relay. After that, she graduated in 1984 and received her bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism.
Joining the franchises
Now here’s how she rises in life. The skills and the talents that were seen in her youth was seen in the various sports in Niceville High School. This won her Sports Scholarship to FAMU that is in Tallahassee. She entered into the Sports Media in 1985 through WALB which is in Albany, Georgia. She also got her experience in WAAY-TV of Alabama and also the WIVB-TV before shifting herself to Tampa, Florida in the year 1990 where she got to spill her magic as a Sports Anchor.
The black beauty shifted to Khou-TV in Houston, Texas before joining the best sports channel ESPN in 1993. She then went to make a career in Fox Sports. Yes, she joined the FOX franchise in 1995 and served as the sideline reporter to cover events of the NBA and NFL and many other sports too.
